Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update HR databases and reports

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
