Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented PPC Campaign Manager to join our on-site team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

• Perform keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and execute A/B tests

• Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics and ROI.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance usingGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Google SEM and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong command over Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.

• Solid understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, and landing page optimization.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
